Modern Operating Room

During the monitoring mission, CNAM representatives confirmed that the equipment has already been fully integrated into the IMU operating system, put into operation, and is actively being used by medical staff who have received the appropriate training.

The investment is intended to improve the effectiveness and safety of surgical treatment. The new high-tech microscope enables the performance of complex neurosurgical and spinal procedures for acute pathologies, vertebrobasilar injuries, and severe degenerative diseases.

According to experts, the new equipment will minimize the risk of intraoperative complications and significantly shorten the postoperative rehabilitation period for patients.

Each year, more than 400 highly complex spinal surgeries are performed in the operating room of the Institute of Emergency Medical Care. The introduction of this new equipment will improve the precision of these procedures and optimize healthcare costs by enabling patients to be discharged more quickly.
