As promised, the minister presented the program’s main directions at a press conference on Monday. He explained that it is not a law or an official document approved by the government, but rather a platform for coordinating economic reforms, digitalization, and deregulation, implemented jointly with government agencies, entrepreneurs, and citizens.
Among the key announced measures:
the abolition of 20 permits deemed excessive for businesses;
an analysis of over 300 regulations to identify excessive regulation;
Amendments to 106 of the 444 legislative acts regulating public services;
Further digitalization of key services for entrepreneurs;
Introduction of a zero customs duty on the import of raw materials and equipment for final customs destination;
Development of the “Know Your Customer” platform for online identification and remote access to digital services;
Expanding the freelance reform, under which approximately 3,000 individuals have already registered.
The Ministry stated that the reforms implemented to date have saved businesses approximately 263 million lei after the changes come into force on December 31, 2025.
Authorities also announced the launch of the online platform “Reușim!”, which will publish the results, statistics, and success stories of entrepreneurs who have benefited from state support programs.
The Minister clarified that the “Reușim!” program is scheduled to run until 2028, the deadline by which the authorities intend to prepare for the signing of the agreement on Moldova’s accession to the European Union. Legislation, Regulation, Digitalization, Economy of Moldova
