The first batch contains 162 published files from 1948 through 2026. The documents include several pages containing references to an alleged UFO-like aircraft developed by the Nazis, reports Euronews.
“Disk-shaped flying machine with remote control”.
FBI documents say that one Paul Peyerl provided information indicating that the Nazis built this flying machine in the Black Forest in 1944.
Peyerl’s task was to photograph the object while it was in flight. He claimed to have preserved a photographic negative taken from an altitude of 7,000 meters. A photocopy of this negative is on the last page of the document. Also on the last page is a photograph showing the object in the hangar.
At the same time, the FBI says these documents do not contain “any recommendations or conclusions” from the federal agency. This makes it virtually impossible to assess whether the so-called Nazi UFO actually existed.
