ASU introduces new tariffs for registration of legal entities

The State Services Agency (SSA) will adjust the tariffs for the services it provides. A new chapter 12 - "Registration, licensing and certification services" - will be included in the government resolution regulating the provision of state services in the sphere of registration and licensing of legal units. The document will be considered by the government in the near future.

It establishes that the ASU “will ensure the issuance of an extract from the State Register of Legal Entities in the form of an electronic document, charging the minimum fee established for the provision of the service on an urgent basis”.

The exception will be the extract requested by the central bodies of state administration and local self-government bodies to confirm the registration.

Today, the registration services, which until now the ASU has provided free of charge, relate to trade in strategic goods. In addition to them, the list will also include services for dossiers related to the approval and registration of gambling rules developed by the organizer, as well as services of preliminary approval of investments significant for the security of the state. At the same time, the tariff will be differentiated, depending on the size of investments – up to 1.7 million lei and above this amount, etc.,” the company said.

The ASU will also provide services on preferential terms. For example, when a specialist travels to verify the compliance with the minimum criteria of classification of a tourist structure at the request of an agricultural boarding house, a 50% discount from the established tariff will be applied.

Earlier, Logos Press reported that the authorities intend to raise tariffs for the issuance of international passports and driver’s licenses in connection with the launch of new samples of documents and revision of production costs.
