According to the Ministry of Justice, with the introduction of the platform, citizens and businesses will be able to use certain services without physical travel, including from abroad, saving time and financial resources. As a result, notarial acts will be executed faster and safer. For notaries, the system will mean quick access to information, reduced use of paper documents and the ability to provide services remotely.
On April 23, the Ministry of Justice held working discussions with representatives of the company developing the information system. The work plan for the next period was presented, including the stages of development and testing of the platform.
Representatives of the Chamber of Notaries expressed their readiness to implement the e-Notariat system, which will allow the use of digital solutions in professional activities.
The representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Agency for Digitalization of Justice and Judicial Administration, the e-Government Agency, the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service, the Economic Council under the Prime Minister and the Chamber of Notaries of the Republic of Moldova participated in the discussions. They will participate in the approval of each stage of the development plan of the e-Notariat system, in order to ensure its1 high functionality and security.
The project is initiated by the Economic Council under the Prime Minister and supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
