We have suspended all these tenders, put on moratorium, because it is absolutely unclear to us at what prices to count,” Bolea said.
At present, the government is trying to calculate how much the costs of existing projects and contracts signed in 2024-2025 have increased, so that “economic entities do not go bankrupt and are able to finish all the projects that have been started”.
