
The Competition Council is proceeding to review the notification of a pending economic concentration transaction for compatibility with the competitive environment. Therefore, the antimonopoly authority is interested in additional information and asks outside economic agents to share their opinion on “how the announced economic concentration affects or may affect competition on these markets”.
