This document establishes clear rules for identifying obstacles that may affect Moldovan exports and provides for a mechanism of rapid response in such situations. Its goal is to ensure unimpeded access of Moldovan goods to the European markets.
Apart from the Ministry of Economy, the process will involve practically all state bodies in the country, which will interact with each other through special protocols to respond as quickly as possible to any trade issues.
This mechanism is in line with the European legislation and best practices, as well as with the commitments undertaken by the Republic of Moldova for the period 2025-2029 within the European Union accession process.
This instrument will make it possible to better protect the interests of producers, prevent economic losses caused by trade blockages and ensure safer conditions for Moldovan exports to the EU.
