Within the framework of this procedure it is planned to purchase 266 items covering a wide range of medicines.
According to the official announcement, the period for submission of requests for clarification is set from September 22 to October 1, and submission of proposals will take place from October 1 to October 8.
Bidders must provide a guarantee of proper performance amounting to 5% of the contract amount inclusive of VAT. The amount should be transferred to the Center’s account opened in the State Treasury.
The purpose of this procurement is to ensure a continuous supply of vital medicines, contributing to the stable operation of the state healthcare system and the efficient provision of medical and social services.
It should be noted that the duties of the Center for State Centralized Procurement in Healthcare include not only the organization and conduct of procurement, but also control over the compliance of goods with the established requirements. In August this year, the Center conducted field inspections for the first time. In particular, it evaluated the ultrasound apparatus in the Health Center in Riscani and electrosurgery in Riscani. Riscani and an electrosurgical unit in the Chisinau Municipal Clinical Hospital of St. Archangel Michael. The identified observations were documented and recommendations were given, with deadlines for implementation.
