The new composition of the Management Board of “Moldovagaz” JSC was presented

The new composition of the Management Board of “Moldovagaz” JSC was presented

From the Republic of Moldova, which holds 35.33% of shares in the authorized capital of “Moldovagaz” JSC, the new composition of the Management Board includes Vadim Ceban, who previously held the position of Chairman of the Management Board, Radu Mandraburca, who heads the Apparatus of the Management Board of “Moldovagaz” JSC, and Eduard Calancia, UCIPE project manager.

The Russian PJSC Gazprom, which holds a controlling stake of 50% plus one vote, delegated five people to the company’s Management Board. They are Mikhail Yuriev, Pavel Vlasov, Denis Emelyanov, Roman Zhelnov and Anton Bubenov. All of them hold various managerial positions in Gazprom’s structural units. It should be recalled that Gazprom also manages 13.44% of shares owned by the authorities of unrecognized Transnistria.

The post of the Chairman of the Board of Moldovagaz JSC is currently vacant. According to the decision of the Supervisory Board of the company, Vadim Ceban, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, will perform his duties.

The Management Board of “Moldovagaz” JSC consists of 9 members, who are appointed on the proposal of the main shareholders for a period of 3 years.
