
The National Energy Regulatory Agency specifies that in the first three months, almost all gasoline was imported from Romania. The neighboring country accounted for 97.3% of total gasoline imports during the period.
The rest of gasoline supplies – 2.7% – came from Bulgaria.
As for diesel fuel, in the first quarter, compared to the same period of 2024, its imports dropped by almost 1% to 145.43 thousand tons.
In January-March, diesel fuel was imported mainly from Romania – 851% of total supplies. Turkey was in second place, with a share of 13%. The remaining supplies were shared by Bulgaria – 1.57%, Greece – 0.27%, UAE – 0.03% and Israel – 0.01%.
