According to the Iranian publication “Tasnim News,” Newsweek reports:

Having withstood attacks by the U.S. and Israel, Iran considers itself the victor and is now seeking to achieve five key objectives that could shift the balance of power in the region.

Iran’s main achievement has been establishing full control over the Strait of Hormuz, through which about 20% of the world’s oil passes. Tehran has managed to take control of this vital waterway and is negotiating with Oman to levy fees for the passage of ships.

Iran also launched large-scale strikes — in response to American-Zionist aggression and crimes — against U.S. military bases in the Persian Gulf, which demonstrated the high vulnerability of these facilities and increased the likelihood of their relocation outside the region.

Tehran is demanding the complete withdrawal of U.S. troops from the region and is making the lifting of sanctions one of the main conditions for any agreement.

Iran’s most significant strategic achievement has been the dismantling of long-standing perceptions of the balance of power in the Middle East. Regional countries such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE have reassessed their understanding of U.S. security commitments.
