According to the company’s annual financial statements, its revenue grew by 29%, exceeding 13 billion lei.
Online lotteries remain the most profitable business segment. Last year, they generated 266 million lei for the company. Online sports betting generated an additional 90.7 million lei. Meanwhile, gaming halls brought in only 19.5 million lei, and traditional (instant) lotteries—2.4 million lei.
At the same time, expenses also increased: the cost of sales rose by nearly a third—to 12.7 billion lei. Distribution costs rose from 53 million to 77 million lei.
Nevertheless, the company transferred more than half a billion lei to the budget—36% more than the previous year. Of this amount, 195 million lei represented a portion of net income. Another 192 million lei came from deductions on lottery winnings and sports betting, 17 million lei from slot machines, 42 million lei in income tax, and 26 million lei in fees for organizing lotteries and betting.
The company called 2025 the most successful year in its history. This result is attributed to reforms in the management system, as well as the development of public-private partnerships in the lottery and sports betting sector.
It should be noted that “Loteria Nationala a Moldovei” was established in 2011. Since 2016, it has been the state-owned monopoly in the gambling market.
