According to the company’s annual report, Endava’s revenue in Moldova totaled 685.1 million lei, compared to 752.3 million lei a year earlier. This represents a decline of nearly 9%. At the same time, the company managed to reduce its cost of sales by 13%—to 471.5 million lei.
Endava’s business in Moldova continues to be based primarily on custom software development and IT consulting. Virtually all of its sales are related to its operations within Moldova IT Park, where the company has been registered as a resident since 2018.
Endava attributes these financial results to currency fluctuations. The company works with international clients, and a significant portion of its contracts are concluded and paid for in foreign currency.
At the same time, Endava expanded its assets in 2025: their value grew by more than 31%—to 206.3 million lei. This growth was driven by an increase in current assets, which reached 195 million lei. Long-term assets, on the other hand, decreased to 10.8 million lei.
Endava’s workforce in Moldova also decreased last year. The average number of employees was 853, compared to 969 in 2024.
Despite the decline in profit and revenue, the company states its intention to develop its business in Moldova, expand commercial opportunities, and invest in the digitalization of internal processes. Endava also plans to maintain a hybrid work model.
It should be noted that the company was founded in 2000. Today, the international Endava Group employs approximately 12,000 people and operates in the finance, insurance, telecommunications, technology, media, and retail sectors.
