This amount included revenues from privatization, concessions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), leases and other forms of capitalization of state property.
The main revenues resulted from two auctions, at which three real estate objects were sold, including two construction plots for a total of 129 million lei.
Other sources of revenues from the public property management include payments under 44 public-private partnership agreements and 37 lease agreements. As well as the development of projects for the modernization of state-owned enterprises, including the Chisinau airport.
Of the funds received, 318 million lei went directly to the state budget and were used to finance state programs.
