The pattern of sown areas in the grain-growing regions of the country is changing. More and more agricultural producers are abandoning low-yielding cereals in favor of oilseeds and fodder crops. In 2026, sown areas in the country increased by almost 182 thousand hectares and amounted to more than 23.8 million hectares.
Reducing losses in the harvesting, storage and marketing of berry products can bring producers a greater financial result than trying to increase selling prices of the product.
