The event brings together political leaders, representatives of international financial institutions and strategic partners from Europe and the United States. The summit focuses on infrastructure development in the areas of transport, energy and digitalization in the region between the Baltic, Black and Adriatic Seas.
Within the framework of the event, the Moldovan prime minister will participate in the panel discussion “The Black Sea and the Middle Corridor”, where the strategic role of the region in the formation of new economic and energy routes between Europe and Asia, as well as the need to strengthen infrastructure and increase energy sustainability will be discussed.
The prime minister will also address the plenary session of the summit, where he will present Moldova’s strategic priorities in the field of energy security, infrastructure development and integration into the regional transport and energy networks.
The visit’s agenda includes bilateral meetings with high-ranking officials and representatives of international financial institutions, aimed at attracting investments and speeding up the implementation of strategic infrastructure projects.
Where decisions are made
In parallel to the official summit, the 3SI Business Council invites a limited number of high-level participants – investors, politicians, business representatives and decision-makers – to a series of private discussions.
According to the organizers, this format provides a unique opportunity for direct interaction in an informal setting with influential figures from the Central and Eastern European region, as well as the transatlantic community.
“Such closed sessions give direct access to top-level speakers and decision-makers,” the organizers note.
Five panels on the following topics will be held in this format: AI and cloud innovations, “Belarusian business in exile,” ensuring energy independence in the region, and unlocking the region’s investment potential.
According to the host government, the Business Forum will bring together more than 1,200 participants, reflecting the high interest in the economic space between the Baltic, Adriatic and Black Seas – a market with a population of about 120 million people and a combined GDP of about $3.5 trillion in 2025.
The Forum will be held at the five-star Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel, located on the picturesque Babin-Cook Peninsula, close to beaches including the popular Copacabana Beach, overlooking the Elaphite Islands.
