According to information from the Internet, Mocanu is a consultant, a member of the Association of Business and Management Consultants of Moldova. The organization’s website states that he has experience in digitalization and technological concepts, project management, as well as organizational development and strategic planning.
Also, according to Mocanu’s Facebook page, he runs BSD Academy, a cybersecurity and information security company.
