According to the police, the young men spotted the 39-year-old man on the street, after which they beat him and snatched his bag. It contained money and other valuables.
After the attack, the suspects fled the scene. The loss is estimated at approximately 10,000 lei.
The police soon identified all three of them. In addition, the police found the victim’s bag. It is believed that the suspects discarded it after the crime. The money inside could not be found.
A criminal case has been opened in connection with the incident. All three young men are being treated as suspects. If their guilt is proven in court, they could face between 5 and 7 years’ imprisonment.
