Konstantin Kelesh

Constantin Keles is an extraordinary person and well known in Gagauzia. For a long time he headed the unique horse farm At Prolin in Ceadir-Lunga – the only enterprise in Moldova, where selection and breeding work with horses continues. Since 1997, the horse farm has been hosting the national horse race “Altyn-At” on the national holiday of the Gagauz “Hederlez” on May 6.

Konstantin Kelesh’s second passion is artistic creation. Naturally, the main characters of his paintings are also his favorites – horses.

The personal exhibition, which opened on April 4 in Comrat, includes 65 works executed in oil on canvas. Each picture reflects the artist’s soul, his love for nature. And above all – to horses, emphasizing their strength, grace and nobility.

The exposition will be open until April 30 in the regional art gallery of ATU Gagauzia.
