According to Emil Chebotaros, a cybersecurity expert at Cybercor, these systems, which are wholly owned by the Technical University of Moldova (UTM), are available to students free of charge, and the university covers the costs of maintaining them.
“The systems were tested during an international hackathon organized by the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, where students created solutions for real-world problems using AI-supported workflows,” says the expert.
This initiative is part of the university’s digitalization process, aimed at integrating artificial intelligence into academic and administrative activities.
UTM invites prospective students interested in new technologies to apply to the university’s faculties.
