In particular, as reported in the mayor’s office, we are talking about the square in front of the Department of Culture, approaches to the street August 31, 1989, as well as the pedestrian section of this street, where now there are works on the restoration of paving stones.
This area has been in a neglected state for a long time, but soon it will become a place intended for holding events for residents of the capital of all generations.
It was chosen because several cultural institutions are located nearby: the Department of Culture, the National Art Museum of Moldova, the National History Museum of Moldova, the National Library, the Republican Puppet Theater “Licurici”, the National Palace “Nicolae Sulac”.
The site for the cultural space is being reconstructed by the Chisinau City Hall.
