The initial amount of the annual rent for the premises varies from 400 lei to 110,000 lei, and the lease term will be 5-7 years.
It is also reported that on June 24, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., open tenders will be held for the right to locate street trading facilities on the capital’s territory.
23 lots placed in parks, on alleys, in residential neighborhoods and on the streets of the city are put up for bidding for the right to trade by means of kiosks.
It is about trade in soft and hot drinks, confectionery and bakery products, fruits and vegetables, flowers and periodicals, cotton candy, popcorn, etc.
The initial price of the exhibited lots varies from 147,000 lei to 1,250,000 lei (catering terrace).
