The project is estimated at 35 bln tenge (about 64 mln euros). The level of automation at the plant will reach about 80%. The products are oriented both for the domestic market, including the food and pharmaceutical industries, and for export to Asia and Europe.
After full launch, the enterprise will be able to process up to 150 thousand tons of corn per year and produce about 26 types of products. Among them: glucose, syrups, corn oil, starch and fodder. The production is planned to be organized using non-waste technology and GMO-free raw materials. One of the key issues remains the supply of such raw materials.
