The goal of the initiative is to change the country’s role on the technological map: from a passive consumer of solutions to a developer of its own products in the field of artificial intelligence. At the same time, the authorities intend to build a rigorous and transparent data management system in line with the standards and values of the European Union.
The document should define the strategic vision of AI development, as well as mechanisms for regulating and using data in various sectors of the economy and public administration.
The draft is at the stage of public consultations. Comments and suggestions will be accepted until May 12, 2026.
