Sick leave is issued, extended and closed on the Portal of Medical Leave Sheets available on the website esanatate.gov.md. Once the document is registered and signed by the doctor who established the employee’s incapacity for work, the information in the system is automatically transmitted to all interested parties, including the employer. He receives a notification in the EVO application about the extension, closure or annulment of the certificate.
