
The relevant announcement was published on procurement portal European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The project is financed with loan and grant funds from the EBRD and the E5P fund.
“The project is a continuation of a successful initiative, thanks to which 22 educational institutions and 3 large hospitals have already been modernized in the capital,” emphasized the deputy, ex-vice mayor Angela Kutasevich.
The selected company will be responsible for conducting detailed energy audits in kindergartens; developing technical solutions and preparing all tender documentation for future construction works; and fully supporting the procurement process.
The tender is open to international and local companies. Applications will be accepted until May 22, 2026.
