Among the main provisions of the law is the establishment of conditions for access to the profession, which implies that realtors must obtain a document of professional competence. On its basis, the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre will issue real estate agent certificates.
A module “Real Estate Agents” will be created in the “Real Estate Price Register” system, including a list of certified agents.
Banon hidden advertising and payments
They will be obliged to conclude contracts with clients specifying the rights and obligations of the parties. As well as to provide accurate and transparent information about real estate objects, and to comply with the rules governing the protection of personal data.
At the same time, misleading advertising or the use of hidden fees will be prohibited.
The Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre is authorized to regulate, certify and control the activities of realtors and real estate intermediaries.
The law also establishes the rights and obligations of the parties in the process of intermediary services in the real estate market, mandatory terms of the contract and the responsibility of the parties for their non-fulfillment, remuneration of the real estate agent, etc.
The State Inspectorate for Supervision of Non-Food Products and Consumer Protection, the State Tax Service and the Competition Council will ensure the exchange of information in order to supervise the observance of the rights of parties in the real estate market.
