
As Euronews notes with reference to Eurostat data, the minimum wage in Moldova is 319 euros. In Ukraine, it is 173 euros, and there is no lower on the continent.
Before Moldova comes Albania, which, as it turns out, is already far ahead of us. There, the official level of the minimum wage is 517 euros.
Among the EU member states, the lowest “minimum wage” in 2025 was in Bulgaria – 620 euros per month. In Romania it is higher – 795 euros, which is even more than in Turkey (654 euros).
But the absolute leader in this indicator is Luxembourg – 2704 euros. In second place is Ireland (2391 euros), in third place is Germany (2343 euros).
