The program is designed for two years and offers participants comprehensive support to accelerate business development. Technology startups under 10 years old with an annual turnover of up to EUR 1 million are eligible to participate.

Startups attend the Business Diagnostics Workshop together with the University of Cambridge, receive one-on-one advice and mentoring from international experts, participate in investment preparation and meetings with venture capital funds, expand access to new markets through conferences and business meetings, and gain access to online training from AWS, Microsoft and Coursera.

Applications for participation will be accepted until February 13, 2026. To participate, you need to fill out a form in English with information about your company, finances, customers, shareholders and upload financial statements and ownership documents.

In Moldova, the program is co-funded by the European Union and aims to support the next generation of high-potential startups in the country.
