Moldelectrica will become a 100% state asset. This approach, according to the Cabinet of Ministers, will ensure a more efficient operational management and a transparent corporate structure. The aim of the reorganization is to create a more efficient management model that meets the requirements of synchronization with the European energy market.
The Ministry of Energy specifies that the reorganization process will not affect the continuity of electricity supply and the proper functioning of the power transmission network.
