The stake is 0.1558% of the total number of shares issued by the bank. At the moment it is not known who exactly was the seller, however, according to the latest public data, seven people own significant stakes in the share capital of the financial institution.
The main shareholders are Nicolae Dorin, Victor Hvorostovski, Alexandru Sisterov, Sergei Sokolov, Continent SRL and Agro-Nova Prim SRL.
As of the end of January, FinComBank reported assets worth over 6 billion lei and liabilities exceeding 5 billion lei.
