According to the report of the State Tax Service, the biggest number of inspections was carried out in trade enterprises – 277, of which 225 cases were found to be in violation of the law. The amount of tax fines and penalties amounted to over one million lei. Administrative sanctions amounted to 149.5 thousand lei.
In HoReCa enterprises 96 inspections were carried out, in 60 cases violations were detected. Tax and administrative fines amounted to about 400 thousand lei. Control measures were also carried out in cab services, where, as a result of 92 inspections, violations were detected in 53 cases. The amount of administrative sanctions exceeded 80 thousand lei.
The action was aimed at controlling the activity of taxpayers in terms of compliance with the issuance of tax receipts for cash payments, declaration of all incomes, as well as the availability of documents on the origin of goods sold.
