Moldova, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Latvia signed a declaration on strengthening cross-border cooperation

Representatives of the border agencies of Moldova, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Latvia signed a Joint Declaration supporting the integration of Ukraine and Moldova into the European Union. The document calls for enhanced cooperation in the field of security and the implementation of European standards.

During the talks, the parties discussed cooperation in the areas of risk analysis, combating cross-border crime, personnel training, and the implementation of modern security solutions.

Following the meeting, a Joint Declaration was signed, which provides for enhanced cooperation in the field of border security and the implementation of European standards for state border management. The document also reaffirms support for the integration of Ukraine and Moldova into the EU.
