As previously reported Logos Press, starting with the 2027 tax year, payment of land tax, property tax, garbage collection fees, and other types of local fees will be possible by scanning the QR code indicated on the new standard payment notice forms.
In this context, the payment notice forms for tax obligations related to real estate, land tax, and property tax—previously approved by the Ministry of Finance through two orders—will be updated and consolidated into a single form. The previous orders will be repealed.
The ministry has submitted a draft proposal for public comment regarding the integration of QR codes into seven payment notice forms. These are standard forms for real estate tax on assessed properties, for land tax and real estate tax on unassessed properties, sanitation fees, fees for commercial and/or service facilities serving self-employed individuals, and property tax.
Comments and suggestions on the draft may be submitted until July 22, 2026.
