Town Planning Code

Moldova continues to modify the regulatory framework in the construction sector, which is brought in line with the provisions of the Urban Development Code. The Government drafted a decision that amends the Regulation on the creation and functioning of a single window for issuing permits for construction works.

The Cabinet approved amendments to a number of regulations in the context of the application of the Town Planning and Building Code, which will come into force in January 2025, – reports Logos Press.
