More than 30 thousand tons of table grapes of the 2025 crop worth about $32.5 million (average price – $1.08/kg) have been exported by Moldova since the beginning of the season by the end of last week, – Logos Press reports.

About 14.5 thousand tons of table grapes worth just over $14.3 million (average wholesale price $0.99/kg) were exported by Moldova in October 2025, Logos Press reported.

There are about 16 thousand hectares of table grapes in Moldova, of which about 1 thousand hectares are planted under the intensive pergola system.

In 2025, the harvest of table grapes in Moldova will approach the level of 150 thousand tons, its export – 100 thousand tons, – reports Logos Press.

This year’s crop of table grapes is expected to be of high quality, aided by a rare combination of weather conditions for pollination,” according to Logos Press.
