Global cereal production in 2025-26 will increase by about 5% compared to the previous season, which will ensure the supply of grain for sale to the world market in the current season of 2.43 billion tons and will exceed the previous historical record by 3%, Logos Press reported.

The September forecast of world cereal production in 2025 was raised by 35.6 million tons (+1.2% compared to July). As a result, the estimate of the global harvest of these crops reached a record level – 2961 million tons (+3.5% compared to last year), – reports Logos Press with reference to the FAO release.
