Moldova will strengthen regional cooperation with Romania, Ukraine and the Energy Community and expand the use of renewable energy sources.

Moldova will attract 43 billion investments in the country’s energy sector by 2050, which will allow more than 80% of the country’s electricity to be produced from carbon-free sources and about 90% of the national economy’s needs to be covered by domestic renewable resources, Logos Press reports.
