Moldova’s per capita CO2 emissions in 2023 were only 2.5 metric tons per year, the lowest among all European nations, Logos Press reported.

Moldova produces 13 million tons of CO2 equivalent, which is only 0.03% of the world’s total greenhouse gas emissions,” Logos Press reported.
