The company informed that on May 6, 2026, a sale and purchase agreement was signed between Electrica and Electrica Furnizare S.A. (EFSA) for the transfer of all the shares held by EFSA, representing 100% of the company’s share capital in the Republic of Moldova.
Electrica Furnizare Grup SRL is engaged in electricity generation, sale of electricity and gaseous fuels, and electrical installation works.
The transaction price was set on the basis of a valuation report and amounts to 140,426.49 Moldovan lei, Electrica said in a statement.
The decision to approve the transaction was adopted by the company’s board of directors at a meeting on December 18, 2025.
