
MIDR will select and evaluate suitable buildings for repair, renovation or rehabilitation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the project. At the same time, MIDR will coordinate the activities related to monitoring and planning of project financing allocations. And the National Infrastructure Development Office “Moldova-Proiect” will manage all technical and administrative procedures, from procurement to acceptance of works.
The implementation of the project “Public Housing III” was made possible thanks to the financial support provided under the 20 million euros Framework Credit Agreement signed with the Council of Europe Development Bank (CDB) on March 19, 2024. In addition, the project is financed by two grant agreements totaling €7 million for the implementation of energy efficiency measures signed on March 26 and July 1, 2024.
