The goal of the partnership is to support entrepreneurs in accessing modern financial services and mastering digital tools tailored to the specific needs of the business environment.
“Thanks to this partnership with ODA, we will bring financial education closer to entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, and the self-employed. Modern payment tools, such as the MIA instant payment system developed by the NBM, directly contribute to increasing the efficiency of economic activity and reducing costs. The National Bank supports a secure, accessible, and innovative financial ecosystem where digitalization goes hand in hand with trust, responsibility, and user protection,” said NBM Governor Anca Dragu.
In turn, ODA Director Vadim Codreanu said: “In today’s economy, business success depends not only on access to financing, but also on entrepreneurs’ ability to understand and effectively use financial and digital tools. Through this partnership with the National Bank, we aim to provide entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed financial decisions, implement modern payment solutions, and grow their businesses in an increasingly digital economic environment.”
The bilateral partnership provides for the organization of training sessions, seminars, conferences, roundtables, and other events aimed at ensuring the widest possible access for entrepreneurs to informational and educational resources. The mechanism for attracting entrepreneurs to financial education programs has not been specified.
