This call is directed at members of civic associations, nongovernmental organizations, business associations, the academic community, and advocacy groups, as well as anyone interested in the country’s European course.
Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gerasimov held a round of discussions with representatives of civil society. The topics discussed included recent developments in the negotiation process, ongoing reforms, and next steps following the second Moldova-EU Intergovernmental Conference, which took place on June 16 in Luxembourg.
During the dialogue, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of close cooperation between the authorities and civil society:
“Civil society plays a key role in the process of rapprochement with the EU—both through expert support and monitoring of reforms, and through constant dialogue with the people. It is important that the negotiation process be transparent and developed in collaboration with citizens who are changing the country for the better day by day. Only by joining forces can we accelerate the Republic of Moldova’s path toward Europe,” stated Cristina Gerasimov.
Anyone interested in joining the relevant working groups and supporting the European integration process can register by filling out the official form. The registration form is available at the link.
