The Ministry of Energy, as the founding body of the state-owned enterprise Moldelectrica, is tasked with ensuring that a decision is made regarding the distribution of net profits earned in 2025, as well as regarding the use of the tax-exempt amount to invest in the enterprise’s production development and to increase its authorized capital by the amount of the tax exemption granted.

This decision will take effect immediately upon publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.

It was previously reported that Moldelectrica’s profit in 2025 amounted to 107.9 million lei.
