The group currently has over 80 consultants in more than 12 cities in Romania and has raised non-recourse financing for more than 2,500 companies and local authorities through investment projects worth more than €1 billion.
“We decided to expand our presence in the Republic of Moldova, building on the experience gained from more than 15 years of experience in business consulting and raising non-recourse financing. After discussions during our visit to Chisinau with experts from key sectors of the government, we concluded that we should support the direction of our neighbors on the European path, and the opportunities before us are encouraging. The REI office in Chisinau will help us better understand the wishes and needs of local companies and public authorities,” said Roxana Mircea, Managing Partner of REI Grup.
This decision is also due to the fact that the Republic of Moldova has obtained the status of a candidate country for EU accession in 2022, negotiations are open and the expected date of accession is 2030.
