During the presentation of the project the company noted that the central element of the development will be a 341-meter tower Vision Iconic, which will be surrounded by 11 other buildings of lower height, located in a cascade around the main skyscraper, writes Dezeen. In addition to housing, the complex will include retail, sports and wellness spaces.

According to Axel Harris, head of the global service and spare parts division of Mercedes-Benz, the project should set a new standard of integrated urban life. He emphasized that Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City will be the first project of the brand implemented in the format of a full-fledged urban environment – “a city within a city”.

The complex will be built in the Meydan neighborhood in Dubai. The architectural solutions of the buildings are inspired by the Mercedes-Benz heritage: the design features horizontal podiums referring to the brand’s signature grille, as well as silver and chrome accents.

Each of the towers will be named after one of Mercedes-Benz’s concept cars, specifically the Vision One-Eleven, Vision Mercedes Simplex, Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 and Vision AVTR. The interiors of the apartments are designed in accordance with the Sensual Purity design philosophy with a dominance of black and silver shades, complemented by wood and leather.

Residents of the complex will have access to a ballroom, sports lounge, event hall, sports clubs, swimming pools and fitness areas. The area around the towers will be equipped with water features, recreation areas and picnic lawns.

“Our collaboration with Mercedes-Benz continues to evolve beyond individual buildings into a fully integrated master plan for the residential development,” said Muhammad Binghatti, chairman of Binghatti.
