“The promotion and adoption of these projects by the government was carried out in violation of the principles of transparency of decision-making stipulated by the legislation in force. In addition, the mandatory consultations with stakeholders and the budget calendar established by the Law on Public Finance and Fiscal Responsibility were not respected,” the trade unions said in a statement.
CNSM considers “unacceptable the disregard of social partners in the development of budgetary policy, which undermines social dialog – a fundamental democratic principle and the basic condition for balancing the interests of the state, employers and employees.”
In this context, CNSM asks the National Commission for Consultation and Collective Bargaining to urgently consider the drafts on the state budget for 2026, the state social insurance budget and compulsory health insurance funds, as well as the government resolution on the minimum wage in the country for 2026.
