
The governmental press service informs about the details of the yesterday’s meeting of the Emergency Situations Committee, chaired by the prime minister, in connection with the reaction to the consequences of the bad weather in rural settlements.
The commission members allocate 1.449 million lei to repair the damaged roads in the settlements of Braviceni, Selishte and Zahoreni, Orhei district. The road infrastructure with a length of 8 km was damaged as a result of a storm and heavy rains on June 11-12, 2024.
Also, 220 thousand lei will be allocated to Straseni district, Dolna village, to eliminate the consequences of heavy rains on May 27, 2025. The natural disaster here damaged 2 km of a rural road.
At the same time, 728,000 lei will be allocated to Buteni village, Hincesti district, where, as a result of heavy rains on May 28, 2025, the roof of the gymnasium “Anton Bunduci” was damaged and a 1 km road segment was damaged.
Also, the village of Singureni, Riscani district, will receive 529 thousand lei for the restoration of the road. Heavy rains on 28 May 2025 damaged 650 meters of the road and 200 meters of river beds adjacent to it.
