At the auction held on June 17, the State Property Agency (APP) managed to sell a 58-square-meter non-residential premise, which represents the state’s share in the building on Mesajer Street. The initial price set for this real estate object was 2.3 million lei. During the auction, it reached 3.1 million lei. Thus, 1 square meter of the premises cost the buyer 2.7 thousand euros.
APP reports that 23 lots of state property were offered at the auction “with a hammer”, while 4 lots were offered at the auction with a reduction. Mostly non-residential buildings and land plots for construction in different districts of the country were offered. But the only bid was received for non-residential premises on Mesazher Street. There were no willing bidders for the objects put up for auction “on reduction”.
The winner of the auction must pay the cost of the acquired property within 20 days from the date of signing the protocol on the results of the auction. After that, within 7 days between the State Property Agency and the buyer will be concluded a purchase and sale agreement. The latter must also pay to the state budget a private tax of 1% of the total value of the purchased property – 31 thousand lei.
